How the day works, step by step

- Dive 1 · 7 Bocas. Route beneath the seven openings, between light columns and limestone formations.
- Surface interval. Hydration and rest.
- Dive 2 · Maravilla. Deeper cenote with open sections and large formations.
- Return. Back to the start point. Total duration around 5 hours.

Requirements
Advanced Open Water certification for the depth of this trip (18–25 m). Recent experience recommended, or a prior refresher.

Frequently asked questions
When do the light beams look best?
The higher the sun, the more vertical and defined the light columns. Mid-morning departures usually give the best photographic result.
Is it suitable as my first cenote?
This is a deep trip: it reaches around 25 metres and requires an Advanced Open Water certification. If it is your first cenote and you hold Open Water, we recommend Dos Ojos, dived between 7 and 9 metres.
Is transport included?
This trip departs from Cancun or the Riviera Maya. Ask us about the meeting point and hotel pick-up options when you book.
