Within a short boat ride from the beach, Playa del Carmen offers a plethora of underwater wonders to explore in the Riviera Maya. Enthusiasts of nature dives, both beginners and advanced certified divers, will be captivated by the diverse options available, including drift diving, wreck diving, deep diving, shark diving, and more. Immerse yourself in the vibrant marine life, encountering Caribbean reef fish, sponges, sea fans, as well as majestic creatures such as turtles, moray eels, rays, and, during the Winter season, the awe-inspiring Eagle rays and bull sharks.

Important information

  • To participate in this activity a minimum Open Water Diver Certification is required
  • If you haven’t dived in the last six months prior the activity, please inform our team to ensure a comfortable diving experience
  • Minimum 2 divers
  • Our morning excursion explores depths ranging from 80 feet (24 meters) to 45 feet (14 meters), while our midday trip takes us to reefs shallower than 40 feet (12 meters) deep.

Itinerary  

  • Departures every day at 8:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
  • Check in: 08:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m
  • Return to dock: Around 3.5 hours after departure
